Join us for our pool sprint gala at Dubai British School - Mira.

Choose your preferred events when registering, and you'll be seeded into at least three individual events, along with at least two team relay events.

Timings

• 5:45pm – Arrive at DBS Mira

• 6:00pm – Warm-up

• 6:30pm – Competition starts

• 8:00pm – Competition finishes

• 100m Individual Medley

• 4 × 25m Freestyle Relay

• 25 Butterfly 

•  25/50m Backstroke 

• 25/50m Breaststroke 

• 25/50m Breaststroke 

• 25/50m Freestyle 

• 4 × 25m Medley Relay

• 8 × 25m Age-Order Cannon Relay

Start the day with a 2km, 4km or 6km open water time trial at Kite Beach.

Timings

• 6:15am – Meet at 95 Degree Café, Kite Beach, for the briefing

• 6:30am – Time trial starts

• 9:00am – Swim finishes

• 9:30am – Breakfast

The morning open-water swim is included free with your pool competition entry, giving you the chance to take on back-to-back competitions and push yourself with an informal, community-led time trial at no extra cost.

Round off the day with an evening on the water, including awards, food, drinks and plenty of time to socialise.

• 6:00pm – Set sail

• 8:00pm – Awards & Results

• 10:00pm – Return to dock & after-party
